The Mantra Challenge
When creating a mantra, it has to come from you and it has to resonate deeply. Your mantra can be anything you want it to be; the only requirement is that it captures the essence of what you need to hear most right now. When you land on your mantra, you’ll know, because it just fits you like a glove.
