PRIVATE COACHING

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Capes Coaching requires 24 hours preceding your scheduled session for cancellations and rescheduling. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before the start time, or if you miss your session for any reason,  you will not be able to receive a refund. A credit card is required for the scheduling of single coaching sessions and is charged for said session within 24 hours after session completion. In the event of a no-show, or cancellation of session without 24 hours or more notice, the full session amount will be charged. As a courtesy Capes Coaching will send reminders, however the original confirmation email for the session is your commitment to the session. If for any reason, you do not receive a confirmation email immediately upon booking your session, first check your spam folder, then reach out to our offices directly at hello@capesco.com. It is your responsibility to reach out before 24 hours prior to your scheduled session if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling is at the discretion of your coach. We will do our best to accommodate you, schedule permitting.

  • Coaching Package Purchase Details:
    Single Session: This session must be used within 60 days. After 60 days from the date of purchase this session will expire and be forfeited.

    3-Session Pack: All sessions must be used within six months. Any unused session beyond six months from the date of purchase will expire and be forfeited. 

    6-Session Pack: All sessions must be used within twelve months. Any unused session beyond twelve months from the date of purchase will expire and be forfeited.

    12-Session Pack: All sessions must be used within twenty four months. Any unused session beyond twenty four months from the date of purchase will expire and be forfeited.

COACH/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

  • The service provided by the coach to the client is career coaching, as designed jointly with the client. The coach may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client's life or profession. Other coaching services may include identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating within the industry, career consulting, asking applicable questions, and making relevant requests. The client acknowledges that their full cooperation and disclosure is necessary for maximum progress in coaching sessions.

  • The client acknowledges that their participation in the activities listed above is strictly a voluntary decision, and the services offered by Capes Coaching, Inc. are in no way considered to be therapy or counseling. The client further acknowledges and agrees that Capes Coaching, Inc., its employees, and its contractors shall not be held liable for any advice or consulting that may take place as a result of the activities listed above. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will take responsibility for communicating this to the coach and work toward finding a mutually acceptable solution.

  • I agree to have only my name, contact information, hours coached, basic nature of the relationship, and start and end dates of my coaching relationship with my coach shared with ICF (International Coaching Federation) staff members and/or other parties involved for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching relationship. No personal notes, or any other information (confidential or otherwise) will be shared. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All information disclosed to the client in Capes Coaching sessions, including but not limited to: Capes Coaching curricula, techniques, advice, materials, exercises, activities, and strategies, are the property of Capes Coaching and shall not be communicated to third parties. All information provided by the client shall be kept strictly confidential by the coach and relevant Capes Coaching staff within the limits of the law. Should the client or coach choose to disclose or disseminate information regarding coaching sessions externally for the purposes of education, marketing, and/or publicity, a signature will be required from both the client and the applicable coach.

THE CREATIVE PATH

SELF PACED (The Creative Path Course On-demand)

  • Our Risk-Free Guarantee: If for whatever reason you decide that The Creative Path course is not a fit for you, you have two (2) weeks from the purchase date to cancel your purchase of The Creative Path course, upon which you will receive a full refund. No questions asked. After the two (2) week grace period all sales are final.

INTENSIVE (Thirteen-week Group Coaching program plus On-demand course)

  • Regardless of the purchase date, you have twenty-four (24) hours from the end of the FIRST Intensive session to request a refund in full. This ensures that others who are waitlisted can join if you do not wish to continue. To request a refund, you must email hello@capesco.com explaining your situation and we will immediately reach out. 

    If you want a refund, and you have contacted us within the refund period, you have two options:

    • Capes Coaching refunds the full amount of your purchase of The Creative Path Intensive (you will immediately lose access to the on-demand course, community, and forfeit your spot in the coaching program).

    OR

    • Capes Coaching refunds the Intensive* portion of your purchase (you retain full access to the on-demand course and membership in our Path&Co. community).

      *The Creative Path on-demand is $497 and the Intensive program is $500. If you purchased The Creative Path Intensive using a discount code your refund amount will reflect a prorated portion of the total payment.

      [If you are struggling with scheduling commitments during the Intensive program and need to drop out for any reason, you may (up until Intensive session #5) transfer your Intensive credit to a future Intensive program. This is a one-time postponement. If you transfer to an upcoming Intensive program you must either complete that program or forfeit your Intensive purchase.] 

  • Confidentiality and Rules of Engagement: All Intensive participants will receive and must sign an attestation prior to the start of the program agreeing to our guidelines for participation.

WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

  • All reservations are final. If you end up not being able to attend the workshop or retreat that you have registered for, you can transfer your credit to private coaching or a future Capes Coaching event. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at hello@capesco.com.

PATH&CO.

  • Membership in our private community is for students and alumni of The Creative Path only. If your purchase of the on-demand course is refunded for any reason, membership is immediately revoked. 

  • Membership is further governed by the Path&Co. Community Guidelines which are a requirement of all member participation in the community.
